After 33 years in late-night television, you can’t blame David Letterman if he wants to sleep late or forego a daily shave. He’s earned the time off for sure. But like many retirees, the 69 year old Letterman is determined not to just lounge for the rest of his life. Though he enjoys the ability to now have a “normal life” (I’m the guy who holds up the lines (in Target) because he always thinks he has correct change”), he’s hoping that he will find something new that excites him.
