These days there’s so much advice about what to eat in order to stay healthy that it’s hard to keep it all straight. But here’s one new piece of advice that’s worth remembering: According to a new study out of Harvard, men who consume many daily servings of leafy greens, berries and other fruits and veggies appear to have less memory loss than those who don’t. The research, part of a larger study of men’s health begun at Harvard in 1986, didn’t find a precise cause and effect but provides further evidence that nutrition can play an important role in preventing cognitive decline.
