The news comes fast and furious these days, and with it, the latest news about viral spread, health care system overloads and other vital news, along with a healthy dose of untrustworthy anecdotes and suspicious reports that may give you false information. At no time has it been more important to receive factual, well-sourced and scientifically-grounded information in order to keep yourself and your loved ones safe and sound.

We at agebuzz pledge to do our best to be a source of up-to-date, reliable information. As such, we have already posted two important pieces in the previous 2 newsletters (from March 5th and March 12th) and we are regularly posting valuable and breaking news on the agebuzz Facebook page. You will also find additional helpful posts in this week’s newsletter.

But there are many mainstream and reliable media outlets that are currently providing important COVID-19 news and information, and for which the usual paywalls have been lifted so you can freely access this information. So, for example, The New York Times, The Washington Post,  The Atlantic, and The Wall Street Journal all have free access to their coronavirus coverage. As well, Real Clear Science recently published a valuable list of sites and expert sources to get up-to-date, trustworthy info on all aspects of the coronavirus. So get those bookmarks ready and look at their list here. Finally, don’t forget to check out the CDC and the WHO websites for all the latest expert advice and updates. And while you’re at it, don’t forget to disinfect your computer keyboard and your smartphone!
