The online daily live-stream features a different live lecture every afternoon at 4:00 PM EST, 5 days/week, and you can view the upcoming streaming schedule here. Kevin noted that every lecture includes a chat-based question and answer period for the last 15 minutes of the program, so just like a college class, you can get your questions addressed by the lecturer. And, if you need to pause the lecture or step away, no worries- about 20 minutes after it concludes, the live presentation will appear in the One Day University video library, a trove of over 250 previous lectures available for any subscriber to peruse at their leisure.
